Week 4 Middle School Program

Week 3 was relatively successful. Ms. Adley wasn't there but Nichole and Julie found the snacks anyway. 2 more m-s kids showed up making a total of 7 now. Everyone was assigned a mentor and got started on cases. Laptops were indespensible. We'll figure out folders and printers next time. I thought you guys did a great job helping your proteges. Everyone was busy and productive most of the time (better than our practices). I overheard a lot of great coaching about building a case. You might unearth your manuals and bring them for reference next time. We still need to build one for these guys.

For Week 4, which will happen on April 5th, after a one-week hiatus for accreditation, we will do roughly the same thing; continue on case construction. Eventually they should read their cases to the group so we can compare notes, but it may be too early next time.

Week 4 will also feature big personnel changes. Some of those who have been doing things will be leaving for spring sports. Luckily they will be mainly replaced by people who have been working on the play and unable to help much so far. We'll see if the MSP Prez returns...

Plan on Tuesdays and Wednesdays for the forseeable future (just not next week). Maranacook isn't even starting for at least another week. We haven't been able to discuss tournaments yet as a result.
