Alright, well about the whole domestic violence violence thing. According to http://www.dvirc.org.au/ domestic violence includes emotional and mental. So a good cross ex. question would be " Do you believe killing a spouse for all types of domestic violence is justified for resulting in the killing of the abuser?" if they say yes, which they should, then be all like WAHBAM! that includes emotional which means that two siblings fighting can kill each other for calling each other names. and also, ask them if they believe domestic violence includes stuff in school. If they say yes, which they might, they would be justifying Columbine and school shootings... yeah that's just a couple of things off the top of my head.
