Mandatory Wichita Meeting 6/5/07

Just a reminder to Wichita bound folks that we agreed to have only one meeting during Graduation week and that is Tuesday 6/5. Of course, anyone else is welcome since we may have to do all this again next year for more people.

We are done with fundraising and still have a ways to go expense wise. By the meeting we should have a figure for the out-of-pocket amount left. We'll discuss the various options left and talk about things to do in town (there's plenty).

We may have to have one more brief meeting during finals week. Basically to confirm things like the bus ride, checks received, forms filled out etc.

I'll cross post this to First Class as soon as it STARTS WORKING AGAIN!!!!!!!!!
