"Congratulations to the Speech and Debate team for another fine finish at the Bates College Speech and Debate Tournament on Saturday. In Debate Emily Ray placed first in Novice Debate; she will now move on to JV. In Varsity, Mike Dunn won the 3rd place trophy, while BJ McCollister came in 4th. In Speech, Chelsea Bernard placed 3rd in Humorous Interpretation. Special thanks to Mr. Nolette and Norman Mitchell for judging Debate for the team. "
