Cape Results and Next Tourney

Here is what will go into Monday's notices:

Congratulations to Meri Brown for earning a First Place Trophy in Debate at the Cape Elizabeth Speech and Debate Tournament on Saturday. Meri will now move up to JV. Mike Dunn continues to stay in the top 5 in Varsity with a 4th place finish at Cape. Special thanks go to Jesse Mitchell, class of '06, who judged both Speech and Debate on Saturday.

Remember that the next tournament will be the Saturday we return. Here are a few things you should know:

• PF and Stuco will be at Yarmouth. This is a great time to try either of these because we won't need to provide judges. Mr. C will be doing PF tab.
• Deering will host LD and Speech on the same day. Mrs. Sirois will take the remaining crew there after the Yarmouth bunch is dropped off.
• New topics all around folks. You will have to work over the holiday to get ready.
• Registration may be due before vacation so sign up ASAP!
• Scan the planet for next year's judges. We have staff that want to schedule something.
  
• We will have practice on Tuesdays between now and Christmas. Thursdays are booked but we can work another day in if you wish.
